Family Card respects and protects the personal privacy of all users of its services. In order to provide you with more accurate and personalized services, Family Card will use and disclose your personal information in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Policy. However, Family Card will treat such information with a high degree of diligence and prudence. Except as otherwise provided in this Privacy Policy, Family Card will not disclose or provide such information to third parties without your prior permission. Family Card may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. By agreeing to the Family Card Service Use Agreement, you are deemed to have agreed to all the contents of this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy is an integral part of the Family Card Service Use Agreement.
Scope of Application
a) The personal registration information you provide in accordance with Family Card's requirements when registering for a Family Card account;
b) Information automatically received and recorded by Family Card on your browser and computer when you use Family Card network services or access Family Card platform webpages, including but not limited to your IP address, browser type, language used, access date and time, software and hardware feature information, and records of webpages you request;
c) User personal data obtained by Family Card from business partners through legal means.
You understand and agree that the following information is not subject to this Privacy Policy:
d) Keyword information you enter when using search services provided on the Family Card platform;
e) Information and data collected by Family Card related to your posts on Family Card, including but not limited to participation in activities, transaction information, and evaluation details;
f) Violations of laws or Family Card rules and measures taken by Family Card against you.
Information Use
a) Family Card will not provide, sell, rent, share, or trade your personal information to any unrelated third parties, unless with your prior permission, or when such third party and Family Card (including Family Card affiliates) jointly or separately provide services to you, and after the service ends, they will be prohibited from accessing all such information, including what they previously had access to.
b) Family Card also does not permit any third party to collect, edit, sell, or disseminate your personal information by any means. If any Family Card platform user engages in such activities, upon discovery, Family Card has the right to immediately terminate the service agreement with that user.
c) For the purpose of serving users, Family Card may use your personal information to provide you with information of interest, including but not limited to sending you product and service information, or sharing information with Family Card partners so they can send you information about their products and services (the latter requires your prior consent).
Information Disclosure
Under the following circumstances, Family Card will disclose your personal information in whole or in part according to your personal wishes or legal requirements:
a) Disclosure to third parties with your prior consent;
b) Sharing your personal information with third parties as necessary to provide the products or services you request;
c) Disclosure to third parties or administrative or judicial authorities in accordance with relevant laws or requirements of administrative or judicial authorities;
d) Disclosure to third parties if you violate relevant Chinese laws and regulations or the Family Card service agreement or related rules;
e) Disclosure to the complainant at the request of the complained party if you are a qualified intellectual property complainant and have filed a complaint, so that both parties can handle possible rights disputes;
f) In a transaction created on the Family Card platform, if either party performs or partially performs the transaction obligations and requests information disclosure, Family Card has the right to decide to provide that user with necessary information such as the contact information of the other party to facilitate the completion of the transaction or resolution of the dispute.
g) Other disclosures that Family Card deems appropriate according to laws, regulations, or website policies.
Information Storage and Exchange
Information and data collected by Family Card about you will be stored on servers of Family Card and/or its affiliates. Such information and data may be transferred to countries/regions outside your country/region or outside the location where Family Card collected the information and data, and may be accessed, stored, and displayed outside.
Use of Cookies
a) If you do not refuse to accept cookies, Family Card will set or access cookies on your computer so that you can log in or use Family Card platform services or functions that rely on cookies. Family Card uses cookies to provide you with more thoughtful personalized services, including promotional services. b) You have the right to choose to accept or refuse cookies. You can refuse cookies by modifying your browser settings. However, if you choose to refuse cookies, you may not be able to log in or use Family Card network services or functions that rely on cookies.
b) Information obtained through cookies set by Family Card shall be subject to this policy.
Information Security
a) Family Card accounts have security protection features. Please keep your username and password information properly. Family Card will ensure the security of your information by implementing security measures such as encryption of user passwords to prevent loss, misuse, and alteration. Despite the aforementioned security measures, please also note that there is no "perfect security measure" on information networks.
b) When using Family Card network services for online transactions, you will inevitably disclose your personal information, such as contact information or postal address, to the transaction counterparty or potential transaction counterparty. Please protect your personal information properly and only provide it to others when necessary. If you find that your personal information has been leaked, especially your Family Card username and password, please contact Family Card customer service immediately so that Family Card can take appropriate measures.
